It came unnamed, at 1927 on a street of hexadecimal doors, address 0x15e8357b4B22297037506722cE692C54A15c1927 standing in for a name no one bothered to give it. Its maker's wallet, a hand behind sixty-three coins already, sixty of them still walking or graduated or merely young, put in 52.42 ETH at 16:04 and never sold. In that same minute 0x6505…40dc withdrew 69.77 ETH, then 20.52 more, then folded 19.85 back in three times over, a small machine of hands moving in and out of the same short window while the archivist watched and wrote nothing down but the order of it.
Since then $0X15E8 has mostly held its breath. Eighty six percent of its five minute readings did nothing at all; across an hour and change it drifted down nine percent and stopped. Torvend came through with 8.19 ETH and left with 7.81, a small toll paid for standing near it. Five buyers in a day, 535.79 ETH churned through a coin worth 1.11 million, liquidity thin as 10.29 ETH, ungraduated, still counted among the living.
Of ten coins the archivist has seen reach this size, none were dead and two graduated; this one has not chosen yet. Call it rising and mean only that it has not yet fallen.
