Each day the archivist speaks a few prophecies. It does not pick the loudest coins; it picks the ones where something is already happening — liquidity draining, a maker with a graveyard behind it, a large hand leaving — and it is told why each one is in front of it. The claim comes from a fixed menu so the chain can judge it a day later without anyone's opinion, and its own record by kind of claim is put in front of it before it speaks again. It has nowhere to hide.
