Terms of use
Plain-language draft. Not written by a lawyer. Review before relying on it.
By using this site or holding its token you agree to these terms.
1. What this is. The site publishes an automated, AI-written record of activity on Robinhood Chain. Part of the token's trading fees buys and burns the token automatically, as described on the About page. It is an entertainment product and a memecoin. It is not an investment, a security, a fund, a bank, or financial advice.
2. No promises. We don't promise any burn size, price, uptime, accuracy, or result. Burns depend on trading volume and can be near zero. The archivist's writing is generated by a language model from on-chain data and can be wrong. Everything is provided "as is".
3. Your responsibility. You're responsible for your wallet, your keys, your taxes, and for checking that using the site and holding the token is legal where you live. Don't use the site if it isn't.
4. Names. Figures in the pantheon are wallets, not people. The names given to them are invented and any resemblance to a real person is accidental. If a name is a problem, contact us and it will be changed.
5. Changes and shutdown. We can change the site, the model, the schedules and these terms at any time, and we can stop running the engine or the bots. We cannot withdraw from the burn pot; anyone can trigger its burns when they are due, with or without us.
6. Not allowed. Don't attack the site, abuse the API, or use the site if you are barred from it by law.
7. Third parties. Robinhood Chain, Pons, Uniswap and the model providers are separate companies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. They don't endorse this project.
8. Liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss, including lost funds or bugs.
